I was born and raised in Texas and just keep finding myself back in San Antonio. The majority of my 20s were spent oriented around living in Italy. I still feel deeply connected to the Italian culture, language, people, and food.

My goal when I moved back to the States was to pursue a seminary degree which got put indefinitely on hold thanks to covid. But the seminary journey led me to discover the practice of spiritual direction. This has been transformative for my own personal journey of faith and so fulfilling as I’ve been able to hold space for others as well.

I’ve always loved to write and to express myself creatively. In my professional life, I’ve had the chance to cultivate my writing abilities and have taken trainings in copywriting and editing. It is exciting to see something that comes naturally to me be honed, developed, and more refined. I’m open to taking on writing work including content and copy creation, proofreading and editing, blogs, articles, and more. For my own personal writing projects, check out my Substack.

My creative undertakings extend into the world of art and hand-crafted items as well. I tend to collect hobbies (thanks, ADHD!), so I enjoy everything from sewing to painting to beading to 12 other things in between. Crafting and appreciating other people’s art has become its own contemplative practice for me.
